In the fast-paced world we live in, our conscious mind is constantly bombarded with information.

This relentless influx of information can be overwhelming, and unfortunately, our conscious mind has a crucial limitation: it quickly forgets most of what it processes.

The "𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞," first studied by Hermann Ebbinghaus in 1885, illustrates how information is lost over time when there's no attempt to actively recall it. The results of this study were replicated in 2015.

However, our subconscious mind doesn't suffer from the same constraints. It retains vast amounts of information, influences our behavior, and plays a pivotal role in forming lasting memories and habits.
