Re-Write Your Past & Re-Decide Your Future




I share hereby an approach – Reframing - which has been very helpful to me. I was able to close doors from the past and unfold new Ways forward.

Every day, we receive the gift of 100% energy. How we choose to allocate this energy is entirely up to us.



🦅 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠


Reframing is the powerful process of deciding where to direct your energy.


Instead of focusing on challenges and setbacks, you can shift your perspective to see opportunities for growth and success.


By choosing – for example - not to complain and instead using that energy constructively, you're actively reframing your experiences.



🦅 𝐑𝐞𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭


Reframing isn't limited to the present. We can also reframe and rewrite our past. The way we interpret past experiences shapes who we are today.


By choosing to see our past in a new light—focusing on the lessons learned and the strengths gained—we can transform our personal history into a source of strength.

Our subconscious mind plays a crucial role in how we perceive reality. It stores our beliefs, memories, and emotions, which shape our interpretations of the world around us.


When we consciously choose to reframe a situation—past or present—we engage the subconscious mind, allowing it to reshape our responses and behavior.
